Refund and Cancellation Policy – Training Courses

Thank you for choosing to attend our training course. Please read the following policy carefully, which outlines our terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and course transfers.

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place on the course.
  • Bookings are not considered secure until full payment has been received.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations received more than 21 days before the course start date:
    • A full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations received 8–21 days before the course start date:
    • A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.
  • Cancellations received less than 8 days before the course start date or failure to attend:
    • No refund will be issued.

3. Transfers to Another Course

  • Participants may request to transfer their booking to a future course date:
    • If the request is made more than 8 days before the original course start date:
      • The full payment may be carried over to the new course date, subject to availability.
    • If the request is made within 8 days of the course start date:
      • A £25 administration fee will be charged, and transfer will be at the discretion of the course provider.
    • Only one transfer per booking is permitted.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Provider

  • In the event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances:
    • Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date with no additional fees.

5. Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of written confirmation of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be made by bacs.
