Course Structure and Assessment

Course Schedule

Our training programme runs over three full days:

  • Days 1 & 2: Delivered back-to-back to provide a strong foundation in theory and practice.
  • Day 3: Held eight weeks later, allowing time for assessment activities and for practitioners to complete a sleep intervention with at least one family.
Assessment

Assessment is an integral part of the course and includes:

  • Ongoing assessment throughout the training.
  • A case study submitted after Day 3.
  • A reflection session during Day 3.

Attendance at all scheduled sessions is essential. This ensures you can complete the required assessments and achieve accreditation as a Sleep Practitioner.
